I rarely shop online, but when I do, boy do I go all out. I spent a night two weeks ago perusing the pages of Cloud Ten Beauty, and these are the amazing finds I came away with.
Sleek MakeUP i-Divine Oh So Special Eyeshadow Palette
I love, love, love this palette. It’s the perfect combo of eye-shadows for summer and you have a great mix of creams, mattes and metallic’s. The shadows themselves have great staying power, but when coupled with my Smashbox 24 Hour Shadow Primer, they stay put all day long!
Sleek MakeUP Precious Metals Highlighter
Over the past few months I have become a bit of a highlighter junkie, and when I spied the Precious Metals palette on Cloud Ten I just knew I had to have it.
The shades in the palette are Platinum, Royal Gold, Renaissance Gold and Antique Bronze. There’s three creams and one powder/gel mix. They’re perfect for applying to your temples, cupids bow, tip of your nose or your cheekbones. My favorite has to be Antique Bronze, but all 4 are great value.
Anatomicals – No Old Bags Allowed Under Eye Gel
The fact that I have under eye bags at the age of 21 appalls me. But, that’s what I get for spending the last 4 years burning the candle at both ends. You only really need a pea-sized amount of this soothing gel, to be massaged under your eyes in the morning and in the evening. It’s just what I need to perk me up in the morning, and after a tough day, the cooling sensation is exactly what I need at night. I’ve been using this gel for a week and while I can still see the bags under my eyes they don’t look as visible as they were, nor as dark.
Anatomicals – Puffy the Eye-Bag Slayer Eye Mask
I’m addicted to eye masks. When I’m tired my eyes are where I really feel it, and after reading such positive reviews about this gel mask in particular, I knew I wanted to give it a try. The mask can be heated or cooled, but I much prefer it colder. I pop it in the fridge ten minutes before I go to bed, and then whack it on for 15 minutes when I’m lying in bed, before I go to sleep.
Anatomicals – Crusin’ For A Snoozin’ Sleep Balm
This balm is a godsend, ladies and gents. When I finally stopped giggling at the packaging and got it out of the box, I couldn’t wait to crack it open. I dotted it across my temples as instructed and I instantly felt relaxed. It’s made of lavender, beeswax and lemon oil and the scent is positively heavenly.
